Contemplative APproach
The term contemplative research is often used to describe investigation of topics related to contemplative practice and experience. At CASL, we use this term in another way, to denote a particular approach to the research process itself. This contemplative research approach transforms research activities into possible vehicles for contemplative training, which includes yet goes beyond intellectual development, and serves as the foundation for our Vision, Mission, and Values.
